Senior Pastors

Daniel and Elise Pappas are the Senior Pastors of Meridan Community Church on the Sunshine Coast. Their vision is to 'love and lead people to Jesus'. They are passionate about discipleship and making space for people to find freedom and joy as they encounter God’s presence. Daniel and Elise have been married since 2011 and have four beautiful children Jonathan, Sophie, Olivia, and Sienna.

Eldership Board

The Eldership Board is responsible for overseeing six important areas: Governance, Compliance, Financial Accountability, Doctrine, Pastoral Discipline and Direction. As a team, they are responsible for stewarding the vision and mission of MCC and providing counsel to the Senior Pastor regarding the major financial commitments of the Church and Centre.
